These rates apply to on-site services and to telephone or remote support at the same rate.

1Travel time is charged “door to door” between Snohomish and the client site, as plotted by Google Maps.
Minimum Charges:
Site visits incur a 1 hour minimum charge.
Telephone/remote support instances over 5 minutes incur a 30-minute minimum charge. Calls less than 5 minutes will not be billed.
Payment Terms:
Business Customers: Invoices will be sent via e-mail on a bi-weekly basis. All invoices are due on the invoice date, and will be considered past due after 15 days.
Home User Customers: Payment is expected at the time service is completed. Payment can be cash, check, or electronic payment (Paypal, Venmo).
